Phoned Rent Guarantor to see if i submit documents correctly. i spoken to one staff member called Andy M. And Jo.R And they where so helpful and kind and talked me through everything i needed to do. Would highly recommend them

I had a good experience with them. They're careful to check all is acceptable with your landlord/agents before asking that you make payment which made the process feel less stressful. They are nonjudgmental, polite and helpful. Moving house is one of the most stressful times and these guys made it a lot easier. The website has a staged progress which was helpful as you can see your progress. Thanks guys!

What an absolute pleasure of an experience I’ve had! I contacted these guys today and spoke to a Jo. R and she is an absolute pleasure to talk to! As a first time renter I was quite anxious and after one phone call every worry and stress I had was gone.. They explained everything I needed to know in such great detail, and assigned themselves to look after my application which I am deeply grateful for! Not even 10 minutes later after the phone call everything is approved and good to go! What an absolute credit to your team and she definitely deserves all the recognition she gets! Thank you so much!!

These guys make one of the most stressful things to go through (moving house) a load easier. Their service is second to none - Amardeep, Tom, Michael, Donna - 11/10 for these guys!! Amar in particular looked after me through my interaction with the company. He took ownership, explained everything in an easy to understand way and got the job done. Kudos! If you need a guarantor, these are well worth paying for!

I used this company months ago because I was desperate to secure a flat and was given no other option, and at first glance it all appeared a promising solution. However, as a young person with no savings and a low income at the time, the only people who helped me in this situation (luckily) was my family, who paid this idiotic company in full. Every other option I could have managed, such as to pay in instalments, was denied me because of poor credit score and low earnings. Yet is that not literally the point of the company, to help people who can’t afford to pay a deposit because of those problems exactly? All this caused me was a lot of tears and further unnecessary stress. It’s only because I was lucky enough to have family who were readily able to help me and step in that I was able to secure my flat, but not everyone may have that option. This company was effectively no help to me at all. This was months ago, but I have been angry and bitter about this since and as I’m now moving on to better places, I feel compelled to finally say something. I felt severely let down and would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.
